Before a first curtain order deposit is released, buyers need more than a finished sample on a table. A useful evidence pack shows the approved fabric, color, heading, finished size, labels, packaging, and carton assumptions in a format that can be attached to the PI and PO.
Use photo evidence to make the approved curtain sample auditable before deposit, especially when the supplier must repeat the same construction, label route, pack method, and QC standard during bulk production.

If the buyer still needs a revised sample, keep that work inside curtain sample support before deposit. Do not let a photo pack hide an open issue such as color shade, fullness, heading type, lining weight, or packaging artwork.
