Private Label Curtain Quote Checklist for Buyers
Private Label Quotation | 05/22/2026
A useful private label curtain quote starts before the supplier opens a price sheet. When buyers send the target product, packaging direction, quantity basis, approval needs, and delivery expectations together, a manufacturer can quote the real order path instead of guessing from a product photo.
Start With the Curtain Program You Want to Build
State whether the quote is for blackout curtains, sheer curtains, hotel curtains, mixed retail panels, or another collection route. A buyer that already reviewed the available wholesale curtain categories can ask for fabric and construction options that fit the channel instead of requesting one broad price for every curtain type.
Give the Core Product Specification
The quote request should include target finished size, panel count, fabric direction, color basis, heading style, lining or blackout requirement, accessory needs, and any reference sample or photo. If some details are still open, mark them clearly as options to compare. That keeps the manufacturer from hiding major assumptions inside one number.
Separate Quantity From MOQ Questions
Share the trial-order quantity, expected repeat-order range, number of colors, and size mix. A private label curtain manufacturer may quote stock fabric, custom color, branded packaging, and mixed-SKU plans differently. Asking about MOQ without this quantity basis usually creates a vague answer.
Prepare Label, Barcode, and Packaging Inputs
Private label curtain packaging often changes labor, sample time, carton planning, and approval records. Tell the supplier whether the order needs sewn labels, care labels, hangtags, insert cards, barcode stickers, polybags, retail cartons, export carton marks, or marketplace labels. The private label packaging guide is a practical way to organize those files before artwork approval starts.
Ask for the Right Sample Path
Some buyers need fabric swatches first. Others need a finished curtain sample with brand packaging before they can release bulk production. Explain what the sample must prove: drape, blackout effect, sheer transparency, header appearance, folding method, label placement, or barcode readability. The sample support process should match that decision point.
Show QC and Delivery Expectations Early
Include the inspection level, packing checks, carton accuracy needs, delivery window, shipment term, and destination market. Buyers that wait until after the quote to mention retail presentation or phased delivery may end up comparing a simple factory price with a much more controlled production requirement.
